When a woman is unpleasant or irritable, she blames PMS. But is this behaviour unique to females?

We know that, like women, men go through hormone cycles. Testosterone peaks in the morning and then declines throughout the day; yet, exercise can cause temporary spikes in testosterone.

The research has yet to prove weekly or monthly hormonal cycles in men. However, some researchers believe men’s levels vary with the seasons. Perhaps this is due to sun exposure or changes in exercise pattern. But the evidence is definitely lacking.

Manstruation? Maybe.
